Client funds are secured by being held in Segregated Client Trust Accounts at Top-Tier International Banks. Electronic payments are processed using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology and undergo encryption for utmost security. All payment data remains confidential and is exclusively employed for funding your Tattvam trading account.
Tattvam does not impose any fees or commissions for deposits or withdrawals. However, it's worth noting that bank transfers may incur fees from the respective banks involved. Please be aware that fees (bank charges) may apply to withdrawals if trading activity has not occurred.
Please note that we have a minimum transaction amount and a minimum account opening amount. For a minimum transaction, we accept $50. If you already have an existing account with us, the minimum deposit per transaction is $100. If you are opening a Tyro account and do not have an existing account, the minimum deposit is also $100. The specific minimum deposit amount depends on the type of account you choose—Tyro or Pro, each with its own minimum deposit requirement.
Bank transfers have no maximum deposit limit. When using a bank transfer to fund your account, you can deposit any amount you prefer. For substantial deposits, we recommend direct communication with our team. If your account activity is inconsistent with the information provided in your account application, you may be asked to submit additional documents or provide further details.
For bank transfers, funds will be credited to your trading account within one working day from the date we receive the funds in our bank account. Please note that Tattvam is not accountable for delays caused by the corresponding bank or due to banking holidays. Tattvam is also not responsible for any client's inability to deposit funds due to technical issues. We advise clients to ensure they maintain sufficient funds available in their accounts.
For international bank wire deposits, please allow (1-3) business days for funds to appear in your bank account. Tattvam does not impose fees for bank wire deposits. The first transaction might encounter longer processing times because setting up a new account requires us to follow the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process for compliance purposes. However, the sending and correspondent banks may charge fees according to their own fee structure.
Kindly be informed that using any corporate payment method to deposit funds into a personal Tattvam trading account contravenes our terms and conditions. Nevertheless, we can assist you in opening a corporate trading account, and we also help individuals who wish to set up a business or corporate account with us. The specific documentation required to set up a Business trading account depends on the nature of your business entity, whether it is a sole proprietorship, partnership, or corporation.
International Bank Wire Transfers may take up to 3 working days and may involve additional intermediary and/or beneficiary fees.
The minimum withdrawal amount is $100 or your entire available account balance, whichever is the lower amount. Requests for amounts below this threshold will incur a fee of $10.00.
For bank transfers, there is no maximum daily transaction amount. However, for substantial withdrawals, you may be contacted to confirm your request.
Withdrawals are free for one transaction per month or for the entire account balance if you request to close your account. We recommend consulting your bank for information on their charges.These charges will be borne by the client.
If you have initiated a withdrawal via Bank Transfer and have not received your funds within 5 working days, please reach out to our Client Accounting Department at payments@tattvammarkets.com. We will promptly provide you with a Swift Copy to assist with the resolution.
The transfer duration may vary depending on your chosen payment method. International Bank Wire withdrawals typically take 3 working days. Most other payment method withdrawals are usually received within 1 working day.
The cut-off time for withdrawal requests is 3:00 pm MUT time. If your withdrawal request is submitted before this time, it will be processed on the same day.

Several factors could result in the decline of your Credit/Debit card deposit. These include exceeding your daily transaction limit, surpassing the available credit/debit amount on your card, or entering incorrect card details such as the card number, expiry date, or CVV code. Please ensure that all provided card information is accurate and verify that your card is valid and has not expired. Additionally, check with your card issuer to confirm its authorization for online transactions and whether there are any security measures preventing our charges. (Credit card initial limit is 5000 daily, limited after completing client verifying)
We accept a range of Credit/Debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover & Amex.
If your uploaded credit/debit card has expired, kindly upload the new card in your client area to continue using our deposit and withdrawal services without interruption. If the new card has a different number than the expired card, you may be required to provide a letter from the old card's issuing bank confirming the issuance of the new card as a replacement.
In the event that your uploaded credit/debit card is lost, stolen, damaged, or canceled, please contact the Tattvam support team, in order to remove the details from your client account.
If the newly uploaded card hasn't been used for funding before requesting a withdrawal, a small deposit may be required to activate the withdrawal facility on this card. At its discretion, Tattvam may request supporting documentation, such as deposit receipts or card statements showing deposit transactions made via the old card, before releasing funds to the new card.
